Cleopatra Beach

One of the best and most popular beaches is Cleopatra Beach, a beach of about 3 kilometers on the west side of Alanya. Legend has it that the famous Egyptian Pharaoh Cleopatra was given the beach as a gift from her Roman lover Mark Antony. She would also have bathed there with her lover. Alanya Kalesi
Alanya Castle, or Alanya Kalesi as the Turks themselves call it, is a medieval castle located south of the city. The castle was built in the thirteenth century on the remains of earlier fortresses. Because the castle is located at a height of 250 meters, you have a wide view of the Mediterranean Sea from the open-air museum and you can see the entire city.
Water Planet Aquapark
If you want more action during your holiday in Alanya, plan a day trip to the Water Planet Aquapark. Quickly slide down one of the 27 slides or take a dip in one of the many swimming pools.
Damlatas cave
One of the most popular sights in Alanya is the Damlatas cave. This cave was discovered by accident during the construction of the harbor of Alanya. The dripstone cave is 30 meters long and 15 meters high. Due to the high humidity and constant temperature of 22 degrees Celsius, the cave has a beneficial effect on people with respiratory problems.
Boat trip in the area
Higher temperatures are ideal for taking a boat trip. Several excursion boats leave from the harbor of Alanya to the best destinations. Most boat excursions around Alanya visit at least one of the three sea caves.

The former is the largest and it is located about 100 kilometers from Alanya. If you travel to Alanya from this airport, it will take you at least two hours to get to your hotel. Gazipasa Airport is significantly closer to Alanya and from this airport it is only half an hour to the Turkish resort.
